The insurance covers also activities carried out by a subsidiary. The insurance covers worldwide activities, except for permanent activity in the United States of America or Canada. b) With view to the activity by Marion Mein, an additional professional liability insurance exists: HDI-Gerling Firmen und Privat Vers. AG, Neumarkt 15, 66117 Saarbrücken, Germany.

Name and address of the controller The controller is : Marion Mein, member of the Paris Bar, 11, Place Dauphine, 75001 Paris, France, and of the Berlin bar, having its offices at 22, rue du Général Foy, 75008 Paris, France. 2. Principles of processing of personal data (a) Legal basis for the processing of personal data Where we obtain consent from a data subject for the purposes of processing personal data, Art. 6, para. 1 a) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to the processing of personal data. Where processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party, Art. 6, para. 1 b) GDPR is the legal basis. Where processing of personal data is necessary to comply with a legal requirement to which our business is subject, Art 6, para. 1 c) GDPR applies. In the event that such processing is necessary to protect legitimate interests of Marion Mein or of a third party and if the interests or fundamental rights of the data subject do not prevail, Art 6, para. 1 f) GDPR is applicable. (b) Objectif and duration of storage The personal data of a data subject will be erased as soon as the purpose of the initial storage no longer applies, notably after expiry of the contractual relationship with Marion Mein. Personal data may be stored for longer periods as far as responsibility may be claimed. 3.
