Marion Mein

Attorney at Law

Marion Mein has a broad range of experience advising French and German companies on transactions and legal disputes involving German and French business law.

She has more than 20 years of experience in representing French and German companies, notably acquired with Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, Clifford Chance and Taylor Wessing in Paris. As German native with a dual legal background in German and French law, she assists German and French companies as well as companies established under a different law in a variety of legal aspects, in France as well as in Germany.

Her practice involves cross border acquisitions in a multiple of industries and sectors in France and Germany, including automotive, aeronautics, industry production and renewable energy.

She is a member of the Berlin Bar (two State Exams in Law, "Volljurist") and of the Paris Bar (test of equivalence) and holds a DEA in International Private Law and International Trade Law from Paris I-Panthéon Sorbonne (Prof. Paul Lagarde).

She is fluent in German, English and French.

After successfully completing the First State Examination (Cologne Higher Regional Court) and the Second State Examination (Berlin Court of Appeal), she was admitted to the Berlin Bar in 2001. She also passed the equivalence test of the Paris Bar Association, to which she was admitted in 2004.

Marion Mein intervenes in lectures at Sciences Po Paris (private international law).

She is perfectly trilingual French-English-German.
