Advice to ESMOD DEUTSCHLAND related to the creation of a private university of arts and fashion design in Berlin/ Munich (“ESMOD Berlin Internationale Kunsthochschule für Mode“) (German law).

Advice to a shareholder/corporate officer of a French SA (turnover exceeding $60 billion and market leader in Europe) – with view to various non-compete obligations – shareholders’ agreement, by-laws etc. (French and German law).
